After 40 years of the release of The Rocky Horror Picture Show, a classic musical cult film that still remembered by a younger audience.
The Rocky Horror Picture Show was played at La Respuesta theater in San Juan, Puerto Rico, with an outstanding live performance played at the same time of the original film. The production crew recreate similar stages of the movie including costumes and props.
With full house, the show begins with the movie titled, followed by the audience singing the music and repeating the dialogue of the film while the actors were performing.
The principal characters Janet Weiss and Brad Majors were performed by Puertorricans actors Marie Rivera (Janet Weiss) and Jonathan Narvaez (Brad Majors). Both actor did an amazing performance representing the role even though they didn’t look similar to the original character.
The great act of night was when Dr. Frank-N-Furter (performed by Puertorrican actor Nansi ٖCótica) sings the famous theme “Swett Transvestite”. This performance was similar to the original version. With Dr. Frank performance the audience got excited because the full cast entered to the stage.
